Luke

As a dedicated professional specializing in strength and conditioning, I bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to my coaching practice. With a background as a four-year collegiate athlete and certification as a personal trainer, I am passionate about helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. My mission is to educate clients on proper movement techniques and nutrition strategies, empowering them to lead longer, healthier lives.

Gianna

I’m a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and professional bodybuilder with a passion for helping others grow stronger—inside and out. I found my love for coaching at Penn State, where I worked as a group fitness instructor while earning my degree.
To me, fitness is about more than appearance—it’s about building resilience, confidence, and lasting well-being. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, encouraged, and inspired to become the strongest version of yourself—one step at a time.
